According to Greenpeace’s Clean Cloud Power Report Card, many of the powerful and top data centers received a “D”, which is a good thing to them and to us. Because data centers have major impact on Environment. They got this by analyzing Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE). It is a metric used by the hosting industry to measure how effective a data centre is in terms of power usage. In simple, measure of how efficiently a computer data center uses its power. The lower you score in PUE, the better your grades are. You can check this infographic to learn how to greenify data centers.
