It is a service that tracks the uptime, downtime, and performance of websites.They monitor websites from various locations to track the downtime and monitor the website. I have been using Pingdom for checking my blog loading speeds and it was quite helpful. But not many of make use of their free website monitoring and downtime tracking service.
Pingdom’s Website Monitoring service is free to signup and you don’t need to have your credit card near by.
